Fibers are interwoven in weather resistant material to form a mesh grid, making the banner durable yet flexible and easily stored and transported. Because these textiles are so versatile, they can be easily customizable to any dimension to compliment any event. Standard banners are hemmed and grommeted every 2 feet unless specified otherwise. However, there are a variety of finishing options to make your banner more durable and multifunctional.
Vinyl is our most popular, cost efficient choice for banner material and is most ideal for hanging tradeshow and outdoor event signage. Reinforced with a Nylon mesh grid and printed with outdoor inks, vinyl banners are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions as well as sustain its quality after multiple uses. Our general banner vinyl comes in two finishes: matte and gloss. Matte is primarily used for indoor applications because its flat surface eliminates glare. Gloss is preferred for outdoor use because its glossy surface reflects light and makes colors pop. However, both vinyl finishes are equally weather resistant.
Mesh is made with flame retardant Exterior Grade PVC. Lightweight yet ultra-strong, mesh banners and flags are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. Mesh is popularly used for vision block, stage backdrops, scrims, billboards, and exhibition halls, where less weight is an important factor in the sign’s installation and surrounding environment.
Propelene is a smooth, paper-thin plastic based material ideal for close viewing, in comparison to large banners. Propelene is commonly used in both indoor and outdoor settings as grommeted banners as well as posters. Both the material and inks are both weather and UV resistant so it won’t crack or fade, providing long-lasting quality signage for your message. Propelene also comes with in Pearl finish, giving the plastic a pearlized sheen.
